WHAT WE DO
We help people regain functional skills and confidence for everyday activities following injuries or illness.

SERVICES
1. Hand and upper-limb therapy: Rehabilitation for injuries, pain, swelling, stiffness, reduced movement and related hand and arm conditions.
2. Lymphoedema management: Support for swelling, including education and therapy techniques such as compression and manual lymph drainage.
3. Neurological rehabilitation: Support with independence and daily activities following neurological conditions or injury.
4. Paediatric occupational therapy: Functional support for children with hand or neurological conditions.
5. Functional capacity evaluations: Structured evaluations for work, legal or non-legal purposes.

WHAT TO EXPECT
You can speak with the practice about your concern. A referral note can help, and you may bring any relevant medical reports or imaging. Sessions are generally around 45 minutes, depending on your needs. Outpatient fees are usually settled after each consultation; ask the practice about medical aid authorisation and reimbursement.
